Our next meeting will be with Melbourne’s home-grown international author Arthur Shelley who has recently published his entertaining book, The Organizational Zoo.
In his book, Arthur focuses on effective engagement and positively influencing stakeholders and getting teams to work more effectively together. He uses animal character profiles to stimulate non-political discussions on interpersonal relationships. This important use of metaphors is a novel way to approach improving workplace relationships.Â
Arthur is the Global Science and Technology Knowledge Manager at Cadbury Schweppes. His role involves implementation of change programs including knowledge management, business process change, capability development and building virtual networks & communities across the global organisation.
Bring your sense of humour, ability to laugh at yourself (and WITH others) and learn by seeing the comedy in errors.
